'Path of Exile' PlayStation 4 is scheduled to be released in March

PlayStation 4 players will have to wait a while to get "Path of Exile" on the console, and the release is expected to be delayed until mid-march rather than February.

The developer of Grinding Gear Games announced the release of the game on PlayStation 4 in November 2018. For the first time, Grinding Gear Games said that it was targeting a release date of December 2018, although that date was taken when the developer delayed the release window. Grinding Gear then stated that the game is expected to be released in early February for use on SONY's console, but that no longer seems to be the case in the latest update by the developers.

Grinding Gear says the PlayStation 4 owner can expect the game to be released in mid-march.

The previous dates for announcement/release we mentioned were estimates, but we're now close enough to be able to lock in exact dates in PST:

- Feb 19 th Announcement.

- mar 8th Launch on PC.

- Mar 11th Launch on Xbox One.

- For the PS4 launch we expect mid-march is likely.

The first delay to February is only an estimate, so it's fair to say that the new release window is not technically a delay, since no date has been given. Still, the semantics of the announcement may not matter to PlayStation 4 players, who will now have to wait another month to see the game without giving an exact release date.

"When we announced Path of Exile for the PlayStation 4 earlier this month, we stated that our goal was to ship in December," Grinding Gear said. Unfortunately, we have to change it to early February. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, as we know that many players are looking forward to this release. "

Path of Exile will release another announcement before this month's march date, the first of which will be released February 19.
